my ex and I broke up a year ago and I'm still really hurt by what he had said to me which had brought my self esteem down a lot =[ I'm not heaps fat but I do have big boobs and a bit of a belly.. guys seem to be still attracted to me but I was just wondering is it a big deal if a girls a bit big not skinny? I've got a good personality and I have been with hot guys I don't know if its just the break up but I feel like sh*t and I can't seem to pick myself up because I just feel like I'm being judged by everyone because I was always being put down by him my ex and now his with someone that's like a stick

I know exactly how you feel honey. My ex broke up with me 6 months ago and I've never felt so down about myself before. My self esteem and confidence has completely gone and no matter what friends and family say I still feel like crap. I used to have things said by him about my figure, and god I was only a size 12 at the time. You need to pick yourself up and realise that he was an idiot. People judge me as his girlfriend now it stick thin. You have to realise that its not all about looks its about personally and you have a good one as you have said above.

One day you will meet your knight in shining armour and will look back and realise what sh*t you have allowed yourself to be put through by this prat.

by all acounts Men prefer curvy bodies not stick thin ones!

I am sorry you are feeling so low. Your biggest critic right now is yourself. I am not skinny at all and never will be but I don't mind. I love my body. There will always be some guys that love my body while others will not. That's the beauty in this world, there is someone out there for everyone. If you are not happy than do something about it. Work out, eat healthy, allow yourself a guilty indulgence every now and again. The higher your self esteem the happier you will be.
