I don't know whats wrong with me... I just finished my periods, they were a bit late... but Now I'm shitting little green droplets of poo!!

I had a bunch of Haribo Sours a while ago.. it could be that!!

I ate an entire pack of Haribo one day (not the sours), it had artificial colouring on them, and my poo also came out green. Also experience the same thing if I've been eating a lot of spinach and kale

Lol, I think it's because they have a large amount of sorbitol, which is a sugar substitute as well as the main ingredient of enemas and laxatives.

They're sweetened with a Lycasin. A different sugar substitute. Most sugar substitutes are hard on the digestive system, though.

It's nothing to be alarmed about. Some food dyes can cause this. Your poo is basically food with most of the good things sucked out of it. So, if the bad stuff is green, your poo will be green. The body is a curious thing.

Drink a vile of food colouring and your shit will come out that colour.

That's the problem with artificial colourings.
