Should I continue with a I don't care about my love life anymore attitude or not? (See description for details)?

So I have lots of pimples, blackheads, pimple scars and whiteheads on my face. Also my shoulders have past pimple scars. So I'm the definition of ugly.
I've accepted the fact that no girl can love me outside being friends and so I've adopted an attitude of I don't care about my appearance anymore. I've decided to dive deep into the world of studies and anime&manga, to keep me company..aside from my friends i.e.
I also don't have money to buy expensive cosmetic products or for surgeries. I've tried various facewash and acne/pimple cream products before but all in vain.
So should I just give up on love and other related stuff (kiss, sex, cuddle)?

I will also mention your lifestyle. If it were my mom, she would already be saying you don't get enough sun and should go out more. I also think exercising, like swimming or other sport, really do change how your skin looks. Maybe it helps with the stress and balancing hormones?

I live in college hostel (dormitory) and trust me, I get enough sun (live in a hot climate country). Mostly I think it's the academic pressure that leads to stress and causes pimples. Also since I'm in hostel, I may not take care of some hygiene stuff like cleaning bedsheets regularly, not cleaning room everyday..

First of all, I'm going to question your lifestyle. Do you exercise or take care of yourself well? (eat well, clean your bed sheets regularly)

i think you have sensitive skin and cheap products dry out the face and strip the natural oils. This causes more pimps.

I bathe once everyday, eat enough, brisk walking exercise (lot of walking in college). But I don't manage to clean bed sheet regularly at all because... well that's hostel life XD

Ha this is where you are wrong...you can be loved with acne but you have to love yourself first. This is how others will LOVE YOU!
Why not buy products like Dr Perricone - Cleanser, pore cleanser (toner) and cream. It works!
