lol Not me, but some people in my family... My Dad, two brothers, grandfather, etc. where ectomorphs that could eat whatever they wanted drink beer and whatever and were always lean. Then they faced reality when they hit 30. I'm a mesomorph and gain muscle or fat easily and tend to drop fat easily as well. Things stayed the same for me when I hit 30.

I run for a hour every day and lift as well.
I walk a lot. That may not sound like much, but for me walking everywhere is enough :P
Yeah walking is good. If you put in the distance, you're going to burn the calories.
