If I try to lose weight by eating 1400-1500 cals/day nothing happens, I can drop 2 pounds on the first week but then it stops. That makes my feel I'm forced to cut down my calorie intake to a low level. I know it's not healthy and it's not working because I don't get permanent results but end up being fatter than at the beginning.
Currently my weight its 176 lbs, height 5'2"
