So I am 5 foot and weigh 130 pounds. I'd like to shed a bit of belly fat for the summer. Any ideas?
cardio and eating right. eat the right things, and the right amount of things. I have a weight problem too, and when ever i want to lose some weight i do weight watchers. I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months (but then sadly gained it back as i got older) its really a great program, or it used to be, you really have to be dedicated. you can do it! *thumbs up*
