Models... weight... lie? Muscle weighs more than fat?

If you look up a models weight and height it always says 55 kg or lower. For example Nina Agdal it says 55 kg. However when looking at their pictures

You can see how much muscle they have... should they not be heavier than 55kg?
I look similar to her but weight 60 kg and im the same height.

It's possible that models cut before a shoot like a bodybuilder, wrestler, or boxer, and that the weight that's given is their weight at that time rather than what they live 90% of their life at.

The same weight in muscle looks smaller than the same weight in fat. That's what it means.
