Are fat girls stronger than skinny guys?

Are fat girls generally stronger than skinny guys? I have a female friend who is 168 cm and around 75 kg. I’m 175 cm but only 47 kg. She is bit of a bully. She beats me easily in arm wrestling. Also i tried lifting her but couldn’t but she can lift me over her shoulder. She has worked out before in the gym but not more than 6m. Is the weight difference too much?

You get strong by lifting weights right? What do you think fat people do every time they move? Strap a couple hundred pounds on your back and a few dumbbells to your arms and see if your arms and legs get stronger over time as you try to operate and do normal tasks. Ever try to wipe your butt or brush your teeth with 30 pounds strapped to your forearm?

Yes she’s not. It’s just slightly overweight. But I guess years of carrying ur own heavy weight makes u stronger

@AvaOneLasTime Do you think it’s very overweight or a healthy weight? It’s only slightly overweight according to BMI, and quite clearly wouldn’t be morbidly obese. I’m 5’4 and was like 153lbs a while back and was quite chubby but I wasn’t obese (I’ve lost weight now)

@AvaOneLasTime I just told you that I was slightly shorter and slightly lighter at one point so I have a pretty good idea, it is not morbidly obese it’s just a bit overweight. She would only need to lose a few kgs to be in the healthy category
