Saggy boobs and belly! Help!!?

I'm 5'5" and weigh 160 pounds. A few years ago, I weighed 200 pounds. At this time, I developed an eating disorder and dropped to 124 pounds in 10 months. Then I got pregnant. I knew the binge/purge cycle would hurt my baby, so I stopped... Which means I gained all my weight back, with an additional 10 pounds. After giving birth I dropped back down to the weight I'm currently at. I didn't exercise before or during my pregnancy, so my skin didn't really have time to catch up. My belly is covered in loose skin and my nipples point to the floor. Are there any exercises that will help either of these things? I'm breastfeeding right now, which doesn't help my boob situation... But I want to get to 130 pounds in a totally healthy way, and hopefully get my tummy and boobs in better shape. Any tips on exercises, diets, or routines I should do that will help my problem areas? Or am I doomed to sag forever?
