Try tensed yoga and eat healthy food like mostly fruit shakes and too burn your loose skin what hav to do is do orobices and your body and do a yoga program or just do a yoga on dvd if that helps and it well pay off and do like maybe every week so that burns fat and extra skin left and the fruit diet well limited your eating so u won't over fill and keep going it and u will get better results and a better figure and I believe u well (:
