ok so I wanna lose at least 10 lbs b4 school starts. but the thing is I'm at home all day every day every week and I can't exercise. and always going to the fridge doesn't help either. I eat pretty healthy, and I'm a vegan by the way. but I really want to lose weight b4 school, so can anyone give me any tips so that I can overcome these obstacles at home? plz help!
If you can't exercise then you might have to go for health drugs.
If you talk much on your phone then just walk when you talk.
In free time,dance as much as you can.
And make your body doing work.

well just maybe get a skipping rope or a treadmill, drink lots of water, try a recommended diet. I tried the meditaranean diet, it was ok. I've been cutting on carbs and fat. I eat a lot of salads
