Do juice or soup diets help with weight loss?

My goal weight is 100 lbs but I'm short, so it FITS perfectly

My main, main goal is to thin my legs out. They're pretty muscular now & I'd like to make them thin. I do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred along with jogging 2x a week. So aside from my exercise, would a soup diet help?

I take a multivitamin, fish oil pills and a biotin supplement everyday if it helps :P I'm also on a low cal diet but if I go on a soup diet it would also be low cal like cabbage soup
