I really need help. I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. I have gone to extremes. I wrote down everything I ate, the calories, the carbs and sugar. I would go to the gym and burn more than I ate and still not lose weight I would somehow still gain some (I knew I lost more than I ate because my gym counts in calories and miles). I was even eating healthy foods, salad, protein, veggies, fruit, sugar free food etc. So the only thing that has helped me lose weight was. 1. I had throat surgery and could not eat for a weak and I lost 20lbs, it sounds extreme but I weighed 255 and went down to 232. So I was over weight and couldn't eat I'm assuming that's why I lost so much, I've kept this weight off but I want to lose more. Also I have used the Diet Pill called "Oxy Elite PRo" and usually lose a pound a day with it. Should I stick with this pill? I need help :/. Please help me. Sorry for all the spelling and grammar errors.

please don't talk to me like I'm stupid, I know how to diet and know what I'm doing. What I'm saying is diets don't work for me for some reason and I need something to substitute it
