What are some successful weight loss strategies you've tried?

Don't trust food labels. I'm talking about the ones that say they will help lose weight such as low fat, diet, low calorie, 0 trans fat and any more like that. Those are actually bad, food companies will do anything to sell their products. For example, foods that say 0 trans fat on the front actually contain way more trans fat than the food that doesn't have that label on the front. Trans fat will fatten you up and it will be very hard to lose. Saturated fats on the other hand are good for you. Saturated fats help you lose weight. Eat foods that have a lot of saturated fats in it such as cheese, butter, peanuts. For more information, google, The Truth About Fat Burning Foods.
huh interesting. Thanks for the lead on the google search. I'm just so frustrated. I keep trying and I lose some and then gain more back. :( I feel like no guy will ever like me b/c of it. I know I am good person deep down.. which is the frustrating part.
haha yes! I hope it helps :/ I just feel so at a loss these days
I'm a fitness expert, if you are eating 800 calories and burning 1300(which is a lot, are you sure you are burning that munch?) you will go into starvation mood and store fat. You need to net at least 1000 calories to lose weight. By netting, I mean if you eat 1000 calories and then burn 800, you need to eat 800 more calories back so your grand total is 1800. Your net will still be 1200 which makes you eligible to lose weight.
that is confusing… lol
Drink lots of water during the day and before you eat.
Hm yeah, did that help you?
Maybe every time I get hungry I should drink water first
