To get thinner thighs you need to lose fat and you can't decide where you lose fat, so there is no exercise to recommend here.
To get muscular thighs well just all squat, lunge and dead lift variations as well as number of pilates and yoga exercises, such as side leg lifts and whatnot, I don't know all their names, just look up some YouTube videos for that
simple exercises like side leg lifts, squats for muscular thighs.

You go to YouTube and search for fitnessblender. it's a channel featuring awesome home workout routines. legs/ass/core whatever. i'd really recommend to go for something like this:

Air cycling... Like u lie down on your back on the floor and raise ur legs and start cycling? And jumping squats good for the hips too. Swimming is the best option as well as cycling.
