at first I thought may be you are just skinny fat or something like that and want to tone even though your weight is good for your height but than I looked at your picture and um where is the fat you talking about? unless you gained some weight in your picture you look very toned, so I think you just have an obsession with getting thinner don't go there b.c. after tryin to get thin and all the diets you will get fat! eventually you can't just keep it up forever, this happens to me all the time yo you dieting. if you want to be more tones I don't think you will be 110 pounds b.c. you need to start lifting weights, I don't know how you are at the gym so I would say find out the weights you need to lift and reps, I would think like 20 pounds and 3 reps of 12-15. and do that every other day, one day legs one day arm. you can take dumb bells and walk on the incline and do some weight workouts as you walk, for like half hour couple of days a week. That helped me to tone up my arms and legs at the same time. Pretty much you have to do weights, and do cardio you can do HITT intervals, run really fast for a min walk ..run and then walk my legs got leaner and tonedd from that, it shapes your body diff. than doing slow cardio. but anyways looking from your pics like I said I don't know what you looking to tone you are in a good shape. and watch your diet, stick to vegies, wheat bread, and fruits like berries they are lower in sugars and carbs compared to other fruits. But I wouldn't elliminate any food group b.c. like I said it can come back and bite you in the ass personal experience if you can't keep it up don't do it, like they say its a life style change not a diet that you do for a month and give up b.c. your body is smart it adapts
And IF you find yourself gaining weight after doing all those weight-lifting, don't fret. You're building muscles aka burning more fats in a faster rate. Muscles are denser than fats, hence the weight increase (if you really notice one). Although you MIGHT notice a weight gain, you will find yourself thiner and more tone.
I agree with what they both say! also, weight is just a number, if you want to really find out your fitness get a BMI done, I'm not sure where these are done, but they show the ratio of fat on your body. but just by looking at your numbers you must look fabulous! I'm 5'3" and 130 and people think I look less than that, so you must be very fit! good luck with the workouts! also, be sure to give yourself days off so you don't strain your muscles, like do workouts 5 days of the week or so.
People always say "eat healthy" but I know it's not that easy. When I wanted to lose weight I read this magazine that changed my life. Unfortunately I can't remember what magazine it was but I know what it said. This is sort of what it said in the article:
You know that huge bowl of cereal you have in the morning? Or that three scoop ice cream cone you get everyday? You may think it's okay, but you will be just as full with a smaller bowl or a two scoop cone. See, your body is full, but you can't realize it when you're eating. Start with smaller portions and to help, buy smaller bowls so you CAN'T put that much cereal in it. And when you eat dinner, wait 20 minutes before eating dessert. It takes about 20 minutes for your body to register as "full", so you may not even feel up to eating dessert! And eat meals slower so the body can digest and break down food while you eat. Gaining weight can be caused by lack of the body breaking down food.

but no "diet" will work if you don't exercise AND eat right
but what you can do is eat healthy and work out properly
and everyone has a different work out plan fit for their body needss
just look online for women's diet plan and workout routine
and when you do have ur workout down don't skip!
do it everyday!

You aren't fat at all. I don't know why you want to lose weight. To tone, just use arm weights to tighten things a little, but don't get super muscular. I think it's gross on girls. To lose weight, I just drink A LOT of water and power-walk at a decent speed for about 30-40 minutes at least 4 times a week. An exercise bike works too. If you don't like water plain, but in some sugar-free drink mix, like Crystal Light or something.
honestly, you are already thin, so losing weight
is not your best option, you will be more prone to getting
sick, and your face may look sunken in. maybe you should
just consider being healthier. changing your diet a bit and consuming
more protein combined with excercise will have you toned in almost
nothing flat since you don't have really any fat to burn.

okay! y in the world do you wanna lose weight? you are out of your mind! you have like the perfect weight and height! do no not lose weight! just work out ur abs and mucles..and stay in shape! but don't lose it!
No don't lose weight..im 5'5 118lbs too!..That is a perfect height and weight, just go to the gym and work out...squats are great for the legs and butt, it makes them toned and firm, do crunches for your abs, and for your arms do 5lbs weights. If you go down to 110 you will be more boney then toned. As it is you have low body fat, so once you start to work out you will see the difference.

you are a perfect weight for your height. Any lower than that and you'll look anarexic! why do you want to loose weight? I'd say that you should google your weight and see what the healthy weight is for your height...hope this helped = ]]
why on earth would you obsess about your weight this much. if you got to 110, you wouldn't even be considered a healthy body weight anymore.
You're a great weight as you are, I wouldn't worry about that at all. If you wanted to tone a bit I guess that would be okay.
Dont lose weight dummy. 118 is already really close to under weight.
Focus on toning, not losing weight (you seriously don't need that, your weight is healthy). Try doing yoga or pilates.
If you lose any more weight you'll disappear. Stop obsessing over your weight, before it becomes a problem.
dont take diet pills, they're a waster of money! the reason you probably aren't losing weight on the scales is because muscle weighs more than fat. to me you sound fine the way you are.
you actually need to GAIN weight. you're too thin. eat lots of protein and get some muscle mass on you.

First of all, 5'5'' at 110 pounds is underweight on the bmi scale...and they give a fair range for average weight groups. & don't tell her she's going to be "getting fatter" because she isn't fat. period. I'm ony 5'4'' & weigh 125 lbs...but I'm by no means fat either, I wear an xs top & size small or 4 bottoms...i just happen to have curves. Marylin Monroe was a size 16...but my modern sizing would be considered an 8 or a 10. 90% of diets fail to produce permanent results. & sorry dear, no 1s perfect.

You look great already! I think if you lose more weight, you'll be too skinny.
Just do a bit of weight training to tone, I doubt you need to loose much/any weight...
