By eating an equal amount of portions of other things ( fruit, vegetables, meat, wheat, ect...) At the end of the day ms, you can eat anything you want as long as you put the time on the gym for your benefit. Thats the thing though, people dont like putting the time on the gym, but like eating a lot of what they want to eat, no matter what. ... Buona fortuna signorina io amo la pasta tanto, anzi.

Pasta is fine to eat... provided you're intending to expend a lot of energy. Carbs are the first thing your body breaks down for energy. However, if you don't do anything physically, your body breaks it down into sugar and you simply gain fat.
Pasta is the food of champion marathoners :)
Reduce your carb intake and sugar intake and work out

It's not bad, it's just carbs, you need carbs if you exercise a lot. Back when I was an athlete, I used to eat 250g of pasta a day sometimes.
Just move more, eat salads and fruits, u will be fine
Do you feel bloated or something? Need more info.
