Try and get your hands on some Tea Tree Essential Oil and/or Lavender Essential Oil (it must be essential oil!) and put a few drops on a Q-Tip and dab them on. Tea Tree is amazing for drawing out the oils that are plugging up your pores and has a drying effect to clean it up fast. If you dab some on about four times a day you'll notice blemishes going away really fast. Lavender is good for healing, so if you've popped a zit and you don't want scarring, including lavender so that your skin will close up and be neat as a pin. Lavender is also good to keep around if you cut or burn yourself to reduce scarring.
I've tried EVERYTHING! but I've come to the conclusion that the best result is water! Yup water. I started drinking A LOT of water each day. I just kept refiling my water bottle every time it was empty. In a week or so your skin should start clearing up and look healthy. The best skin is hydrated skin. Also it doesn't hurt to dab a little tea tree oil on your skin.

Yeah, stuff with Tea tree (and lavender oil does help too) works really well. 'Aspirin masks' work well (crushed tablets mixed with water), as do creams that reduce swelling (in my experience, using hydrocortisone cream on raised areas works, as long as you don't use it more than five times).
