I'm here to ask you that i've been doing a diet by myself for two days. I want to lose 10-15 kgs (I'm nearly 80 kgs, 173 cm, 25 years old if the details are gonna be needed) I'll go on if you think it's gonna work. Help me please. (I'm vegetarian btw)
Breakfast: 1 or 2 slices of whole grain bread, a few tomatoes plus cucumbers, a cup of green tea, a boiled egg, a very litle piece of cheese (i don't know the English name of it but when i translate it says ''soft uncured goat's cheese similar to cottage cheese' it tastes disgusting so i can eat a little)
Lunch: 200 g light yoghurt.
Dinner:A plate of (8-10 spoons i think) vegetable or legume dish. (I cook them with sunflower oil, do you think i should change the oil?) Like zucchini, beans, purslane, eggplant, red kidney bean. I can't love much.
Snack: A cup of coffee (nescafe classic) with
Drinking 1.5-2.0 lt water all day long.
No coke (even zero:(), no other drinks, no alcohol, no chocolate -of course- no sugary stuff.
