This is a bad situation. Take it from me, I've been there. I suffer from manic depression and have been off and on various medication and going to therapists since I was 13. I've been hospitalized and put on suicide watch twice, I've been arrested once during one of my "manic" episodes and it caused me to lose my job, and I would isolated myself almost completely from friends and family. Once was for nearly 3 years. Luckily I've been on some medicine that is finally doing the trick!
In any case, keep going to therapy with him. Be there for him but don't pressure him. If he doesn't want to talk, leave him alone and just let him know you're there if he needs you. Now, if you're concerned he may try something to harm himself or others, you may need to let his therapist know, and try to convince him to check into a hospital. Otherwise, if you have the strength, give it time. If not, as bad as it sounds, you may have to move on with out him. People have to make their own choices and you can't drag yourself down for him.

There's nothing you can do. Just be there for him. You can't cure him or make him better
