I need a good way to get less stressed or I need someone to tell me what is wrong with me? Maybe I just have some sort of weird disease?

So I recently went through a bad break up and as you can imagine I have been beyond stressed and upset and crying and what not. Well. It has now been five days and I can't eat. I have ate probably twice in the last five days and when I do eat I throw it back up. I have no idea what is going on. I'm hoping it is just stress though. I've already thrown up 3 or 4 times today...
Also I get really shaky and weak feeling and sometime I feel like I'm going to pass out but I think that is just because I haven't ate.
And no I'm not pregnant. I'm still a virgin. Just throwing that out there because everyone I've asked about this assumed I was pregnant.
Anyone have any idea what is causing this or how to fix it?
