So in my junior year of high school I lost a lot of weight, pretty fast though I didn't even notice. When I got to my senior year and my freshman year of college I gained majority of my weight back. So in two years I am 29 pounds heavier :(. I'm a sophomore now and I am determined to take the weight off. I did stop working out for those two years so I know that's the problem. If I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday and weight lifting every other day and switch my eating habits, could I lose the weight before the summer?
Thats called the freshman 15 i believe, but you gained 29 pounds instead. Caloric intake is individual, some may benefit from it, some don't. Like for me, my caloric daily intake is about 3000-4000 calories. Im still the same weight in my profile pic, i weigh 200lbs believe it or not lol. As long as you keep on moving, low intensity cardio is the best. Try studying, or reading books at the gym. Its what I do in the winter time, ill either get on the threadmill and walk for hours or do cycling while reading books.
