Nutrition tips, what are some meals that dont contain bread and bad starches besides salads?
I am a personal trainer/gym owner and eating carbs aren't bad as long as you are eating the right carbs. if you are working out even 3 days a week you need carbs. some carbs that I recommend in small amounts are oatmeal, whole grain bread, Quinia, and brown rice. I stay away from anything with white flour and sugar. also eating a diet to high in protein has long term side effects. I eat fish, chicken breast and lean steak for my protein or low fat greek yogurt and I do eat a lot of salads. I sometimes eat lean turkey too.
