Anyone else hearing this noise when having insomnia and having difficulties to fully falling asleep?

I know, this might be a stupid question and perhaps I have a problem with my mind or I'm crazy. But this has been happening with me forever.

So, whenever I stay up long the previous day, and can't sleep the next night (sleep rhythm falls over), and I get insomnia. And then I only sleep about a couple of hours, let's say till 2-3 o clock. After that I'm constantly trying to sleep back with small success.

Sometimes when I ALMOST get there to fall asleep but I start hearing something like this (i recommend to turn down your speakers):

Yes, in fact I cut this sound from that song called Insomnia. So I guess this is not by accident? What the heck is this? And the more I wait the louder and stronger it gets. It's like a drill machine in my ears. And when I give up and wake up, and try again then the same happens again.

In fact it is quite scary, especially when it comes together with sleep paralysis. (yes, I suffer from that too.. which means that I'm "stuck" between the state of sleep and awake. I can hear and see more or less, but absolutely can't move for those minutes :S )

Honestly man I have had similar issues I have came to the conclusion that I have Restless legs and Anxiety when I try and go to sleep it often feels like a tingling/ crawling sensation from my knees to my toes and sometimes it feels like I am being pulled out of bed. This one time after watching Son Of Anarchy the television series it had a brutal murder in it and after that I watched Fruitvale Station thinking it would calm me down because I heard it was good not at all it was very disturbing then I tried to go to sleep and I was having conversations while I was asleep and it got very frightening and I tried praying the voice responded with that will not help you and then I tried screaming for help and it responded you have to help yourself or something along those lines it was one of the scariest things ever meanwhile the whole time it felt like I was being touched all over and couldn't get it to stop. Another time I had an OBE and felt like I was floating out of my bed after meditating that felt really good actually but point being I have fucked up things happen when I try and sleep. I was taking Melatonin off and on along with Vitamin D during this time and I will never take them again. Would love to hear what you have to say about this crazy experience I have encountered. Another time I seen Anubis is my dreams and they were like shaking me and when I google it all it said was links to the after life and sure enough my great uncle died the next day.
