How to lose weight as a teenager?

I'm a teenage girl (14) and I'm looking for ways or workouts that help burn fat or keep your cardio up so that it makes it easier to stay fit. I can't join a gym because i dont have a job and can't get one for another two years, i do get allowance but not a lot so perhaps some cheap weights or something? and what about eating? any good foods or drinks that are easier for a teenager to make while having other siblings and controlled dinners because my mom decides what we eat. All my family is skinny except me so they can eat foods that are high in fat from time to time but i dont enjoy it. Personal experiences from people who lost a noticeable amount of weight as teenagers or teenagers who are in the same position.
