What workouts really work for building muscles in your legs? As I have chicken legs, they're very slim and I need more shape
Weighted or body squats, kicks, gymnastics, leg curls, leg extensions, jogging, jumping, leg raises but mostly abs and hips. A lot of stuff you can do. I generally practice all my kicks and do squats explosively. And I jog 7 miles twice a week.

Lunges, squats, and stepups are all pretty good, And squats have the benefit of getting you a better ass as well!
