What are some tips for getting rid of face, chest & back acne? Please help !!!

Try cleansing cloths and face wash of different brands until you find what works best for you! If it is really severe you can ask a doctor about medication. Hope this helped!! :)

I don't get a lot of face acne if I wash my face with water after each time I wash my hands. And if I also wash my face before going to sleep (that helps the most).

Cut down on salt.
Drink lots of water and eat fruit and vege.
Also, i think you can get a special cream too.
If you can, all this will help.
