This is just something I've been wondering about. If you have bad cramps during menstruation, does child birth make it less severe?

YES, it does make it less severe.

NO, it does not make it less severe.

My menstruation doesn't even have cramps.

I cramp like a mofo but I haven't birthed children yet, so I have no idea.

According to my mom (who is also a doctor), it doesn't really change anything. And she had 5 children the natural way, lol. The cramps that happen just before menstruation are generally due to the contractions of the fallopian tubes moving the egg along to the uterus.

Yeah. And if you have endometriosis it doesn't get better at all.

For some women yes but for others no.
