Nope. It's probably not you, but go to a doctor. It sounds like (and I AM NOT A DOCTOR, so please check it out first just in case, it could be something more serious or not serious at all) anemia. A lot of girls have it--it's an iron deficiency in the blood. Iron carries oxygen, so lack of oxygen leads to muscle fatigue much quicker. It's pretty typical in girls because girls lose a lot of iron about once a month (hint). So go get a blood test to make sure, and maybe stop working out in the meantime.

well just wait a couple of days until your body will get to used your daily routine.. its still adjusting that's why your muscles hurt.. live healthy :)
yes you are doing something wrong. you are exceeding your aerobic capacity and tripping over into anaerobic (without oxygen) territory. your body is producing too much lactic acid and needs to slow down, reducing the soreness. over a couple of days your body will begin metabolizing it again, your muscles will start processing a good supply of energy.
Are you taking protein and other supplements to give your body what it needs to repair and strengthen your muscles? Have you been stretching and cooling down?
not exactly... when i go to the gym i always rush. because either i need to get home or i have other stuff to do, so i dont have time to cool and warm. i dont take protein.. im trying to loose weight, wouldn't protein bulk me up?

when i started working out i used protein for energy in the morning it works great i can't go a day with out it its like my equivalent of morning Coffey
