LOL I extrated them just last week. You weren't supposed to rinse your mouth with water and salt the first week
Here are what you need to do:
1-bring a cloth put it on little tiny drip of water, then fold it, and bite on the area where it is bleeding.
2-for the pain, they should have prescribed you some pain killers. If not ask the dentist to prescribe you one.
3-DO NOT suck on anything (lolly pop, drinking from a straw).
4-Do not eat any hot food, or rise becasue they will get stuck.
5-Drink some cold tea or any drink with antioxidant , because it will ease the pain and also help them heal quicker.
6-you can brush your teath but avoid the bleeding areas. AND NO MOUTH WASH unless you have a death wish.

You can buy sterile gauze if you want at a drug store.
Also, try Ibuprofen. Aspirin and even Vicodins won't numb the pain from inflammation like Ibu's will. They work even better than some narcotic pain relievers. Narcotics are fun, but if you really want the pain to go away, pop an Ibu or two, whatever the dentist told you.
You will be okay. The pain will go away, I promise.
Maybe you're rinsing too hard.
Just take some pain killers and go to bed. If tomorrow is still really bad then call your dentist.

Sooner or later all bleeding will clot & stop.
I was told to use tea bags. Put them where the teeth were pulled & bite down on them.
I guess it worked. I have no idea if, who or how the dentists office thinks this works. If you are still bleeding, call your dentist. You should not be bleeding to any significant extent. Continued bleeding that is sufficient to cause your indicated level of concern is a sign that something is wrong.
That's normal. You know you can buy gauze at the store I think
Anytime you got bleeding you need to bite down lightly on where your wisdom
teeth were pulled always use comfort gauze , soft napkinsI had laughing gas when I had my wisdom teeth out. then I had these white pads in my mouth. It hurt but wasn't that bad, getting my tonsils out was worse
