Well, what is thick to us guys, is muffin top to you girl. And what is chubby for us guys, it is fat to you also.
Still fat girls can be sexy. Look at Melissa McCarthy, big woman, but she is FINE AS FUCK... Why? Because she is confident about her figure. It is that simple.

I have no idea on girls sizing, lol. Also its hard to tell by weight since people have different body structures and are built larger or built smaller.

Well, I'm 5'8" and I weight 120lbs (I'm an athlete so I'm very toned & have a lot of muscle), and I think I have a nice body… so I think between 110-130 would be a good weight. 5'7 and 5'8 are similar enough.

It's all about how you carry your weight - you can't put a magic number or size on it. If you feel beautiful, everyone else will see you as beautiful too.
