Men-Question about weight?

Am I too big? I'm 5'1 and weight 168. My body fat is close to 30 percent.

Yeah you should work on losing weight.

I'm 5'2 and I noticed when I got up to 150 lbs I started to have trouble running short distances without getting out of breath and my heart started beating really hard whenever I would do any exercise. I wasn't at my optimum level of health and I really didn't like it.

As far as fat I had a chubby tummy and felt kinda fat personally until I got down to 135 lbs, but as @TedStar said you may carry your weight differently than I did although I'm pretty hourglass shaped (at 150 my measurements were 40-27-41 for reference) and don't naturally carry a lot of fat in my tummy.

I think that you should try to lose weight, only because for your height your weight would be considered overweight. I am not saying a guy won't find you attractive but that for health reasons it would be best if you tried to lose some weight.

I don't know what you look like, but a decrease in weight could help you attract more guys. Do you care much about a boys weight?

I am 5'10, and should weigh that much. It is pretty heavy for a girl your height. If it is too heavy for a guy will depend on how many choices he has for partners. A man that is also heavy, and doesn't have that many options will be more likely to be okay with it.

Different people carry weight differently. Its hard to say without a picture.

Your BMI is quite high, so losing weight would likely be good for your health.

honestly you are on the heavy side, it will be better for your health and your confidence if you lose a bit of weight. losing weight is hard I know. best of luck :)

Well... your BMI comes to around 31, so yeah, you're overweight. Maybe even obese. Try to lose some pounds before you encounter health issues. Shouldn't be that hard. I was overweight too, but managed to shed excess weight.
