Lose weight without working out?

I'm currently living and studying in Paris and it's extremely expensive to buy a membercard (it's that how you say it) in a gym here, for me at least. But even if I did have the money for it, I definitely don't have the time.
Since I used to work out 6-8 times/ week my body doesn't digest the food like it used to, so I've gained far and lost musclemass.

I really want to lose the fatmass I've gained and a bit more. Can you help me? Maybe a diet you know and so on?

I've had bulimia and it's starting to get back (thanks to anxiety) and I can't run because my legs aren't working right haha. Just so you know
