This queestion is about my eating habbits?

okay so i have had weight problems my entire life
i have learned to live with it
it has it down size but also a few upsides
but when i have a lot of stress or emotion
i can do two things
those things are:
i eat a lot until i literally fall asleep of being so full or i puke when i am so full
the other thing is:
its the oppiste i dont eat at all
and now the last few months the only thing i eat
this goes for everyday
2 slices of bread and that is actually it
the good part of that is i cannot eat as much as i could before and i lost some weight and its cheaper
but i want to know your opinion about what i said here
