i guess active work is one way of burning calories but if you have a slow intrinsic metabolism you can take stuff to boost metabolism. green tea, digestive enzymes, guarana (herb), yerbe mate, and stuff like that which are all natural food supplements can help with weight loss. it also depends on what type of food you eat. if you eat less often, it actually isn't that much of a good idea. medical professionals have stated that eating small freqent meals throughout the day is more helpful for losing weight

You only eat 1 meal a day, that's not good. Try to eat 5 to 6 times a day (small meals) to boost your metabolism. If you can't do that then 3 square meals a day is better than what you're eating now.
Ya need to eat at least 4 times a day (small snacks- raisins, salads, fruit) and keep on drinking water- how active are you? Get active. Start running a little bit (btw 1/2 mi and a mile every 3 days). That should get ur metabolism going, and you'll lose w8.
