That being said, you can do shorter workouts that are still highly effective if you're willing to go with balls-out intensity (no light cardio or light resistance training).
I can help you out here but first I have some questions:
1. What equipment do you own? (weights/resistance bands/kettlebells/jump rope/whatever)
2. Are you willing to buy some minor equipment? Nothing super expensive like a weight bench or a bowflex, just smaller things like what I mentioned above.
3. What types of physical activities do you enjoy the most?
4. How is your diet/nutrition?
5. How is your coordination?
6. Can you find 30 minutes a day to work out?

With your size, you can't lose nearly that much without sacrificing a lot of muscle.
Safest amount of weight to lose per week is 1-2 pounds MAX without compromising muscle loss.
If you don't have access to weights, just do cardio about 3-4 times a week (like running) and eat at a calorie deficit. You need to burn 3500 calories a week to lose 1lb, and you can do that by -500 calories a day through exercise and diet.

P.S. IMO, you losing 30 lbs is a bit much for your size.
Go vegan and you'll lose 20 lbs easily. Also cut out processed foods and only eat some starches, like one or two servings a day. Eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables and get your protein from beans and tofu. Get iron from veggies, especially spinach. Also cook with a high protein flour. Most sugar isn't vegan so that helps with avoiding candy/donuts/junk food. Almost all types of Chips that are flavored have dairy in them. If you stick to this the weight will come off but if you go back to eating meat/dairy/eggs etc all the weight will come back
the cross crunch doesn't take a lot of time and works really well. Eat about 1000 calories a day. half of what you should be. Only eat when you're hungy and eat healthy stuff like special k cereal or lean cuisines or quaker oat cake thingies. can't remember what they're called. And go to the beach as much as possible and play in the water all day. That usually works really well for me. Swimming in general, so if you have a pool near by that would be good.

you can't lose 30lbs in 2months. that's just insane.
if you want to lose weight you need to exercise and eat a healthy diet.
honestly you must be able to find time to exercise a bit, surely you have free time? people tend to use the can't find the time excuse a lot and it's usually just them not wanting to put the work in. there is no easy fix to losing weight, it requires hard work but it's worth it.
nothing in this life comes easy and keeping in shape/losing weight is no different :)
admittedly some people are just very lucky with their genes thougheat:
1 medium/small salad a day
1 piece of meat about the size of a regular deck of cards per day
1 protean bar with no more than 19g of carbs in it per day
5 whey protean isolate shakes per day always have 1 when you get up and one before bed.
Take a good multivitamine every day
Take a good calcium supliment every day
Drink LOTS of water 8 full glass's per day minimum.
Get lots of regular full 8 hr. sleep
if you want to add a 30min. walk every day go ahead, if you do be sure to add an extra protean shake to your day after the walk.
you will lose a ton of weight and after the first 7-10 days wich will be hell you will feel REALLY good and the weight will melt away! then after your at your weight goal minus a few pounds take a week or 2 to slowly return to normal healthy eating habits.

But you need to fix your nutrition. The guy below me is right. Bad diet wins over exercise!WorkOut at least a half to an hour 5 days a week and eat lots of fruits and veggies
