For instance, you forget your meant to meet friends or you get so easily side tracked you end up being so late you miss out on stuff, you might even lose friends because they don't understand you didn't do it on purpose.

you could have add or adhd you could try differet medications but even if you do have it I wouldn't sugest the medications cause you don't know how you'll react to them of course you could also just have really bad focus ya never know
You're just overwhelmed. It happens to us all. No biggie. Just calm down stop pressuring yourself. Learn to love school. It'll come must easier. I know this from experience. I stayed outta school for years but finally went back. Take meditation , Pilates, yoga.
Are you extremely stressed and if so for how long? How many hours of sleep do you get?
