Do women on GAG workout to gain muscle?

Why do GAG women workout? Gain muscle, tone?

I work out to stay in shape, mainly for Softball, plus cardio for running Cross Country. Not muscular, but am defined enough that you can tell I pump a little iron. Not going for a ripped look that's too extreme, don't like girls with big biceps, doesn't look feminine.

I workout and play sports mainly to stay fit and healthy, and because I enjoy it. I do have some nice muscles from all of it but that's not the main goal, lol.

Yeah for sure. My SO is the one who works out for muscles and strength, lol.

Ehhhh... I don't realy workout to gain muscle more so to stay in shape, but I would say my calves and biceps are a little muscular.

I mainly like work outs because I feel accomplished and energized afterwards, and like I'm doing something good for my body.

I have muscles naturally and I don't work out because I don't want them to get bigger, but I do do cardio in an effort to make the muscle slimmer. I workout to be healthy and look good.

i do exercises for my stomach, butt and legs but i'm not consistent. i'm losing weight and i'm also running on my treadmill often so the more i will not gain muscle. :)

No I'm past that stage in my life now it's more for tone & to keep the weight off.
