Have you tried HIT on the morning on an empty stomach for 6-8 weeks with a low carb diet? Maybe lower carb ratio to 50 -70 grams a day, and then lift light weight high reps, with very little rest in between. Superset all exercises, and incorporate this with at least 45 min cardio on empty stomach first thing... Diet is key 80% of the work is in da kitchen. Hope this helps😁

i'm 5'7 and i weigh 162lbs, thats a long way coming for me when i weighed 215lbs in early 2012, according to Body Mass Index, i'm still in the overweight range, but i've heard that Body Fat Percentage is a more accurate calculation than BMI
