Can having a really bad cough delay your period?

My period is suppose to come in 4 weeks and I just have a bad cough and no stuffy nose. Can I still get pregnant with a really bad cough and still get my period on time?

As far as I know, colds do not prevent pregnancy -- unless they're bad enough that they prevent sex in the first place.

And although I'm no expert, I understand there are some women who continue getting periods while pregnant.

As for your title question: I have no idea whether a viral infection can delay a period.

A cough can not delay your period. And yes, you can still get pregnant. I don't know why you would think a cough would change that. A cough does not stop the rest of your body from functioning
