Five days week my normal training usually goes one major body part a day with cardio on two days abs on two days then a single day for calves to supplement my training. I usually start 4 warm-up sets that contain 50%, 50%,70%,90% of the weight I would use for my Myofibrillar Hypertrophy sets with the reps for each one being 12 reps 50% weight, 10 reps ( done slightly faster ) 50% weight, 4-6 reps at 70% weight then a single rep to really get the blood flowing at 90% weight. Then I would move onto my heavy sets which contain compound exercises each heavy set contains 4-6 reps of course then I move onto ab super sets for ab days, 10-15 minutes of cardio for cardio days and 6 sets of calf raises for on any day except leg day. My 3 main mass building exercises are the bench press, dead lift and squat. My workouts usually only last an hour which is about how long you should train a day other wise you risk over training on occasion though they may last up to an hour and fifteen minutes.

Right now,6-7 days a week. 2x to 3x a day. I work seasonally right now so I have a lot of time to exercise. I am also going into a profession that is very reliant on physical fitness.
I run and swim distance as well as functional strength and aerobic work. I don't workout for aesthetics.
When I was in my work seasons (summer and winter seasons) I usually workout 5 days a week.
I'm 13 and I do a 30 minute aerobic fitness dance every day and drink 2 liters of water (4 water bottles) everyday and i'm toned and thin (but not overly) my body isn't developed enough to get very toned.
I do a little yoga nearly every day! I go to the gym about once a week, too, but I get lazy when it's winter and cold outside.

stream1.gifsoup.com/.../patrick-eating-o.gifNot enough, but I love to walk for hours/lift free weights.
I'm only really into working out when I feel stressed or pain. Then I know it's time to move around.
And I always get relief after, so it's what I prescribe myself.I do some running outside everyday, but weightlifting for about 20-25 minutes evey other day. Works good for me.
I try to go on a good run/jog at least once a week. And this week I'm going to my first yoga session, hopefully it can turn into a weekly thing.
Rarely. I'm lazy and don't have a lot of energy or motivation to workout. Luckily I've got a fast metabolism though, otherwise I'd most likely be overweight.
Once or twice a week but I'm trying to increase that amount when I'm not busy (which seems to be never!).
5-6 times/week. depends on what I have on my schedule (ex:if I work, if I have exams at school, if I'm tired/sick, etc)
Not a single second. But I'll join gym again after the surgery of my toe.
1.5 to 3 hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Straight up exercise- once or twice a week, but I'll also play basketball a few times a week too.
Everyday... cz i actually wanna stay in shape as people said that weight lifting would help me gain weight! :)
Street workout - almost every day. At least 2 days a week to 6 days a week. Now I don't have time, because of school. But I'll be back in 1 week.
