there's a lot of reasons for being hungry. It can be because you're dehydrated, it can be because of boredom, stress, puberty, or just an empty stomach of course. Start with drinking water. The only way for fat to really leave your body without you doing anything like exercising or taking diet pills is by peeing, yes there is such thing as water weight but that leaves your body once you pee! Not only drinking 2 liters of water helps your skin tremendously it helps you lose weight. I know how hard it is not to binge eat. When you go grocery shopping have a full stomach (this may sound weird) when you're full you're likely to get healthier foods or less food. Once you put the food inside your refrigerator put the healthier foods in the front. Work out more, it gives you a great feeling and pushes you that extra mile (especially dancing bc its really fun!) If you eat at night don't because it will make you hungrier in the morning. Eat an apple before a meal, this sounds weird because thats even more food but it helps do something with digesting the food and its like lessening the calories of a meal. When you eat a meal don't fill the plate all the way and apparently red plates make you eat less of whats on the plate. The key is also commitment! Good luck!

You need to pinpoint why you're eating so much. Are you genuinely that hungry all the time or is it an emotional cause like comfort eating. If it the first then you need to get your GP to run some tests to check thyroid function etc and maybe your GI tract itself. Either way i sounds like you need help and someone to talk to so don't be afraid to reach out. You need to be able to find the cause of this over eating before you can treat it properly. When you do, like the others have said; don't buy unhealthy foods- if they aren't readily available you're much less likely to eat them. Make sure to eat regular, controlled portions. Never skip meals because you'll only binge later. You can also try keeping a food diary to keep track of what you are eating and to motivate you to eat better/less. Good luck.
Restrict your access to unhealthy foods and pre cook healthy meals so whenever you feel hungry eat something healthy you've already prepared. The rest is just self discipline.
Go to some place where there isn't any food and hang out there for most of the day.
Get someone to help you with portion control.

1) Drink a lot of water. It will fill you up and tricks your stomach into thinking that you are full.
2) Eat ice. It will have trick your brain into thinking you are eating, but you won't gain any weight.
3) EAT HEALTHY. Yes, overeating is not good, but if you eat healthy it won't be as bad as overeating a bunch of junk food. What you have to do is eat smaller portions of everything. There are also things you can eat that are low in calories and gets u full.
