to relieve headaches it helps me when pills don't do the job
with getting rid of headaches.. too much motrin can cause
Stevens-Johnson Syndrome.. too much aleve can cause
kidney failure.. too much aspirin can cause stroke, stomach
bleeding.. just watch whatever pills you take for headaches.
1) Weed
2) Water/fluids
3) A snack/food
4) Rubbing my temples/pressure points
5) Hot shower
If none of those work (in no particular order) then I take Advil and see if it works. If not, I just give up and wait for it to go away.
If it doesn't go away I just assume I have a brain tumor and start writing my memoirs.
Well if you don't have any painkillers on hand, best thing would be to lie down and place a cool, wet cloth on your forehead. The cold will help with vasoconstriction of your head/brain circulatory system. Most headaches are due to vasodilation. Don't expect miracles though. Only drugs really help with severe headaches. Mine usually respond to tylenol or motrin.
Ibuprofen and a quart of data rate with one 12.5 mg tablet of Benadryl. I know it sounds stupid but I've tried everything including the hard narcotics and found that if I catch the headache early with that combination mentioned above and lay down for about an hour it completely takes my headache away

Usually I go lie down and sleep it off bit if I've to work or be somewhere I take a paracetamol dissolvable pill it kicks in faster than regular pills 💊
Sleep and if that doesn't work i cave for advil. Not a fan of using drugs to fix my problems though, I usually let it run its course or try to get rid of something without meds.
hot tea and ibuprofen, and sometimes a cold rag on my forehead. i get hot very easy and get killer headaches when too hot so a nice cold rag helps so much.
I usually try to take a nap, or ice pack to the back of my neck or my head. Also, drinking water or tea will help me.
I'm usually dehydrated, hungry, and tired when I get a headache so I drink, eat, and sleep for a bit. Works wonders

Depends on what is causing it. Just generally because of fatigue then I take a nap or massage my head or get it massaged. And if its because of cold or cough then I use this home remedy with dry ginger. It works wonders.

I take two acetaminophen tablets and two aspirin tablets and chase them with a cup of coffee or a cola with caffeine.
(There's actually an "ethical" migraine headache medication in the States that's just caffeine.)
