I love to cook and take pride in making top notch food. Mostly French style cuisine but also Italian, Mexican, Japanese and others. I also love to grill and smoke stuff. A lot of my guy friends are the same, but interestingly very few females I know have any idea how to cook anything more than a can of soup. Why do you think that is?

I make a very good pizza. I can really grill some good steaks. I'm good at making pulled pork.

I do. I usually make it on Tuesday for pizza on Friday . I make my sauce from scratch (used canned tomatoes, though). I've made sausage from scratch as well.

I am not allowed to cook certain foods because I almost burned the house down once and I made potatoes disappear... Just by boiling them... and forgetting about them... five giant potatoes just gone... except for some mush.
