Help, ichy boobs, how can I make it go away?

So for the past couple of months my boobs have become increasingly itchy and I have a little bit of a rash. Is this from the bras I'm wearing or soap I'm using or what? I've tried different things and it's not going away.

Specifically is it the nipples? the material in your bra or shirts (if you don't sleep with a bra on and wear a nightshirt) could be irritating them, or if you use exfoliating soap that can irritate them too.

Does your bra have lace? Does it rub against you too much? Those could be two possibilities.

Most likely the detergent you are using or fabric softener.
