Breakfast: eat a huge salad made with iceberg lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sea same seeds, and almonds. I'll have a banana and some tea as well.
Lunch: that same salad, and water
Snack: air popped popcorn (no butter, or salt), water
Dinner:same salad and water
Is it healthy to eat this way, I'm not hungry like this. And yes I am trying to lose some weight I walk a little but that only between my classes
