Sinus relief suggestions? ASAP?

So it is two a. m. Where I live and I woke up due to not being able to breathe. I am getting sick but right now it feels like I have been sick for weeks. My sinuses are soooo plugged up I can't breathe. Do you have any suggestions other than a neti pot and antibiotics? Please help me! I have tried pressure points and they don't work the best so I need answers!! I am losing sleep :(

*Any nasal decongenitiser/decongestant (I'm not specifying any brand as it will vary from place to place)
*paracetamol
*antihistamines (like chlorpheneramine maleate or citrizine)
*u might want to inhale steam because it helps clear the blocked sinuses

Eat something spicy! It'll open up your nasal cavities. It might make your nose run but at least you can remove the boogers and breathe again.

Im not a doctor but i would try sudafed nasal decongestant and sinus relief products. You can go to a pharmacy and ask what to take.

Steam, lots of fluids, Vicks, and OTC decongestants if possible

Cayenne pepper usually helps me clear my sinuses (:
