No. You can but that's not healthy. You should aim for one pound a week so you don't lose muscle and your skin has time to shrink also so your body isn't stressed from the abrupt change.
Figure out how much you currently eat to maintain your weight
Or multiply each pound by 1. Thats as how many calories you need to maintain you weight. Eat 500 less than that each day. Exercise is important but it won't help you lose weight on it's own. You need a real calorie deficit. 500 under should give you about a pound a week which is 4 pounds in one month.
It will take you four months to lose 16 pounds but it will stick. If you don't start eating more a again after you lose weight. Once you lose weight you won't need the Amount you are previously so you'd stay on the 500 decrease.
3500 is equivalent to a pound of fat but muscle seine twice as. If has fat. So losing weight faster than a pound a week probably means you're losing muscle.
Yes, it is possible and realistic. Get a calorie app or go online to find a calculator to determine your basal metabolic rate. The app is probably better because it will tell you a target based on how much you want to use and so ensure you eat enough to stay healthy (and have the energy to jog!) while still losing weight.
It's possible. Your goal sounds reasonable and it's not that hard to achieve.
Thanks for you reply. Im really confused because you say its not that hard to achieve and the girl below says no... it will be unhealthy. Im just going to be optimistic and say yes i can achieve it.
