I see you are young, but not going to tell you you're wrong, instead I'll give you some advice:
Be careful in what you eat and drink, try to do it healthy (at least while you are pregnant).
Don't put pressure on you, both physical and mental.

Well you're 16 so probably a lot of judging emotionally.
You'll also encounter bloatiness, lots of gas, constipation, maybe hemmorroids, restless sleeps, carpel tunnel, possible diabetes, horniness and a lot of masturbation.
