+1 yI have no idea. I don't count calories. I just am conscious to eat low-calorie foods, and am careful about consuming foods high in sugar or sodium. I'm 5'6, between 121-122 pounds lately. I used to be at about 119-120 but recently started working out and gained a few pounds in muscle. (: I like to think I'm relatively healthy.

+1 yI eat around 600-1200 calories a day. I know that I'm not eating nearly enough because I'm 5'8 and I run track and ride horses and probably burn more than I'm eating, but I'm really trying to eat more, it's just very hard.

Asker+1 yEat higher calorie foods like ice cream, and add extra butter when you can it will help! You need to nourish your body so you can stay healthy and stay alive!!
Probably a lot, but I work out often and have a fast metabolism. I've never actually calculated though, usually too hungry to sit and read the nutritional stats.

@kheserthorpe that's good. I've never really understood the point to calorie counting. I do it now, but because I've been trying to gain weight. it's not really helping though. ;/

Is that 1/10 of a bite of a peanut butter sandwich? Peanut butter is loaded with calories. You're talking 150 calories in just the bread and about 400 calories in peanut butter to cover your bread. No wonder people think diets don't work. They can't math.

+1 yI don't really calorie count anymore. I usually drink a green smoothie for one of my 3 meals every day. And I pick one day out of the week to "cheat" lol.

false. BMR is usually around 1400 so if you do anything other than lying in bed all day 1500 is usually little enough to lose weight.
