Somebody help me !!! My skins so bad it's depressing the shit out of me?

I'm 21 in university and my skin is so fucking bad I don't even want to leAve my room without makeup on...
I have dry skin
Red skin
And tons of spots all over my face
Which are sore and inflamed looking when I put water on them.
I can't relax anymore :(
Can't go to a guys place cus litteraly my skin is so bad it's enuf to put anyone off in the morning.
Somebody tell me what to do
I've been subscribed with 2 diff spot creams but nothing is working nothing at all.
I've spendin a fortune trying to find the right products for my skin makeup and cleansing wise.
It's been this way for a month maybe more
I need a super fast way to get rid of this shit I would honestly do anything and pay any price to have clear perfect skin 😢

Hi, I know exactly how you feel. Two years ago, when I was in my first year of uni I had terrible acne. It got to the point where I missed uni lectures for 1 week straight just because of my skin. I stayed in my room for one week straight. Thats how embarrassed I was. I ended up being prescribed to medication (german version of accutane). Honestly I didn't want to take medication but this was my only option to finally get rid of the terrible acne which I could not longer hide behind makeup. I took it for six months and my acne slowly but surly started to clear up and my confidence came back.

Honestly, I have tried many face washes, and none of them work! I now wash my face with natural soap (such as olive soap from the body shop) and I use coconut oil for my skin. I drink 2-3L of water a day and I have totally eliminated sugar from my diet. I cut back on sweets such as chocolate and I don't eat a lot of dairy products. It had made a big difference!
Trust me, my acne could not have been worse and now I still do not have totally clear skin... I still have 3-5 spots on my face but thats nothing compared to what it was 2 years ago.

So, go to see a skin specialist/Doc, because they will tell you what is causing it. and change your diet. Eat more healthy, nutritious foods, drink lots of water, and lemon water.

My makeup does hide it but not that well it's the dryness nd redness that is the worst of it like a lot of the spots arnt really spots anymore like some don't feel lumpy they're just red dots. the redness does make my skin look worse tho nd the dryness is so annoyin to put makeup on primer or no primer mosturiser as well my bareminerals foundation just won't work anymore... I'm tryin out diff liquid foundations but can't really find one I really like that give as good coverage with a matte finish

Sorry for not replying sooner. just read this. Hmm... i know what you mean. I had the exact same problem. I just gave up with getting full coverage. Just try and hide it a little because people will see it even if you wear a lot of makeup. I never put makeup on my face. I can highly recommend using a bb cream and Clique Anti Redness Powder. Its really helps covering the redness and I still use it today. They also have foundation for acne and redness:-) Please check it out. Its a great product:-)

If you've already been to a dermatologist, I've heard that drinking water a lot and tea tree oil diluted with water can help keep your skin calm and at bay, also your diet, your diet also affects your skin!

I used to have acne, I went through all the bullshit "tips" on the internet and used all kinds of creams and antibiotics from the doctor, I had laser treatment, UV treatment, all kinds of shit.
I went to see a dermatologist in the end and he sorted it out. He put me on roaccutane and when I saw it actually working, at the time it felt like a fucking miracle!! I'm really happy with my skin these days.
